At RLJ Estate Agent, the focus is simple: to offer a better, more personal way to sell your home.

I created RLJ Estate Agent to move away from the traditional high-volume estate agency model and provide a service that is more tailored, more transparent and far more supportive for the seller. Too often, homeowners are treated like just another listing. Their property is added to a large portfolio, communication becomes fragmented, and they end up speaking to multiple different people throughout the process.

Your home is one of your most important assets, and it deserves care, attention and a strategy that is built around you. That is why I work with only a select number of clients at any one time, usually no more than 2 to 3 properties. This allows me to give each seller the time, focus and hands-on support they need from start to finish.
